It's not an insult, it's an instruction. It contains no foul language and isn't abusive so it's not against the rules of conduct.

It is, however, somewhat of a pointless thing to say. If the kids you're listening to are really that bad, do you honestly think you telling them to grow up is going to do ANYTHING other than make them flame you and act even more immature? The sort of people who enjoy acting stupid in public channels are the sort who get off on negative attention. If you feel you can't let their actions go unchallenged then by all means speak out, just don't expect it to change the situation (at least not where the ringleaders are concerned - you might get lucky with the kids who are just joining in to look cool in front of their mates). Good luck!

Theres always someone whining or arguing in main towns/outposts, always with full caps, keeps things amusing while I sell stuff. I reserve grow up comments to argumentative pm's
